The Hungarian driver put on a dominant display in the first race at Most, winning the race with an impressive lead of nearly 9 seconds ahead of Jochen Hahn and Sascha Lenz.
Race 1 at Most had to be red-flagged after Anthony Janiec’s yellow MAN suffered a technical failure and had to retire his truck on the first lap.
After the race got underway again, Norbert Kiss pulled away from the field taking a comfortable lead and crossed the line nearly 9 seconds clear of the field.
Behind Kiss, a race-long battle developed between Jochen Hahn and Sascha Lenz, who kept the pressure on Hahn. Despite his greatest efforts he couldn’t make his way past his fellow countryman and eventually finished third with the pair only being 0.5 seconds apart.
Local Hero Adam Lacko finished race 1 in fourth place ahead of Team Schwabentruck racer Steffi Halm.
Jamie Anderson is certainly serious about his hunt for the Promoter’s cup trophy as he took the Chrome class win and finished a great sixth overall ahead of René Reinert in seventh, who showed great speed all weekend.
FIA ETRC new-comer and youngest driver on the grid, Aliyyah Koloc gave an impressive debut on her first outing, with a second place in the Promoter’s cup and strong eight place finish overall.
The Czech BUGGYRA Zero Mileage Racing driver will start race 2 with the reversed grid from pole.
Clemens Hecker drove a strong race in the Promoter’s cup ranking finishing fourth, and inherited third place from Steffen Faas who was handed a time penalty after the race.
Lukas Hahn started the race from ninth place and showed good pace moving up two places. His great run was cut short though when Steffen Faas ran into the back of him which dropped him back into 10th overall. He finished a strong fourth place in the Promoter’s Cup though.
Antonio Albacete who started the race from 12th made good progress in the first few laps to move up into 7th, however a time penalty for overspeeding set the Spaniard back to 11th.
Steffen Faas who is out for Promoter’s Cup glory put up a great battle with Jamie Anderson and finished the Chrome class in second. A 30-second time penalty for pushing Lukas Hahn put the German further down the field into 12th overall.
Spanish driver Luis Recuenco drove a good race, however as he kept overspeeding he was handed time penalties, which put him back into 13th.
French driver Téo Calvet was an early retirement as he had to pull over with a rear puncture.
