Last week the newly formed T Sport Bernau team took their brand-new MAN truck to the Circuit Paul Armagnac de Nogaro for 3 days of testing.
Antonio Albacete finally got to see his new racing truck for the first time and put it through its paces.
“It’s great to finally test the new truck and not just drive it in the virtual races,” said the Spaniard after the first few laps. “The team did a great job to get everything ready and put the test together.”
During the 3-day test the team focussed on getting some mileage and adjusting the set up with the feedback from Antonio.
“We did a lot of running and tested everything. Of course we had some problems, which was to be expected because it’s a new truck and we have to put it thought its paces and see what’s going on. I’ve got to get used to the new truck, because it’s a bit different to the one from last year, but overall I’m really happy and look forward to the first race.
