Expanded TV coverage for FIA ETRC

The FIA European Truck Racing Championship (FIA ETRC) today announces more ways to watch the exciting action live and catch up on the battles as Europe’s heavyweight racers hit the historic Nürburgring next weekend (2/3 July).

The FIA European Truck Racing Championship (FIA ETRC) today announces more ways to watch the exciting action live and catch up on the battles as Europe’s heavyweight racers hit the historic Nürburgring next weekend (2/3 July).

After one third of the season completed the action is too close to call as Germany takes on the Czech Republic with Jochen Hahn and Adam Lacko separated by just two points going in to the biggest weekend of the year at Nürburgring.

The FIA ETRC is delighted to announce that there will be free to air German TV coverage via the Sport 1 channel with four 30minute broadcasts of the races.

The action starts this Saturday at 18.45cet with a catch-up of the first weekend of the 2016 season at Red Bull Ring, Austria and the subsequent races at Misano and Nogaro. Full details of the broadcast times are here:

The 2016 FIA European Truck Racing Championship is being broadcast to over 100 broadcasters in 200 territories world-wide. The scope and variety of nations that are able to see the championship is set to expand further in 2017 with additional broadcasters being negotiated with right now.
