The agreement between the European Truck Racing Association (ETRA Promotion GmbH) and UTA, one of Europe’s leading fuel and service card provider in commercial transport market, was formalised this week and will see UTA branding across the championship’s major media platforms, including an official FIA ETRC on-board camera, the podium backdrop and a range of other communication tools in the series this season.
Speaking about the new partnership between the FIA ETRC and UTA today, ETRA’s Managing Director of Marketing and Commercial affairs, Georg Fuchs, said: “We are very happy to welcome UTA in to the FIA ETRC family. They are a company with a very vibrant brand and it will be a mutually beneficial partnership. With other partners to be announced before the start of the season, we are very encouraged that so many great brands are finding the new era of the FIA ETRC an exciting and attractive series to be a part of.”
Additional official partnerships will be announced in the next three weeks ahead of the start of the 2016 FIA European Truck Racing Championship at Red Bull Ring, Spielberg over the weekend of April 29/30 and May 1.
